The main purpose of this dossier is to demystify the realities experienced by First Peoples, in order to understand the nature of the obstacles encountered during their studies at CEGEP and university. It is thus part of the reconciliation process resulting from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the resulting recommendations, particularly in terms of accessibility, perseverance and success of Indigenous students in higher education.
